The purpose of the reservation system at LimoXonline.com is to save time and increase sales. When a reservation is a click away, consumers are more likely to book it because it's more convenient, fast and answers all their questions before they even have to pick up the phone.

How does it work?

1. the customer gets a price quote:

LimoXonline.com offers Limousine companies the option to set up an automatic quote so customers can get an instant email with the total price including gratuity and tax from companies matching their need. The price quote is also saved in the customers' login area.

If  automatic quote is turned OFF, as a limo companies you can still log in and enter the total price manually, the quote with a picture of your vehicle will be emailed to your customers and saved in their  login area.  The advantage of this option is the accuracy of the quote but customers don't get the quote as fast as the automatic option because they have to wait until you review the request and send the total price.

2. The customer chooses a vehicle and request a reservation:

Customers get the price quote and decide to book a vehicle, they enter a credit card and submit the reservation. Of course the validity of the credit card is checked automatically.
It is now your choice to accept, adjust or decline the reservation within 48 hours.

3. The limousine company Confirms the reservation:

 - If you accepted the reservation at the quoted price, the credit card with the reservation details will be available for you to print out and the deposit can be charged. A confirmation email with details is automatically sent to customers and you're done!

 - If the reservation needs adjusted, for example if the price was not accurate, you can enter the new price along with an explanation and resend the reservation. in this case it's the customer's choice to accept or decline the new reservation. If accepted, the reservation becomes confirmed and you will be able to print out the reservation and charge the deposit.

 - In some cases you can decline the reservation, i.e. if the vehicle is not available or such.

If not confirmed within 48 hours the reservation will be cancelled automatically.
 
4. How to set up online reservation? what are the fees?

We suggest you set up  automatic quotes to ON and enter your prices in order to get a better response. Log in to limo company administration area, click "My Vehicles" then "Edit" next to each vehicle and set Automatic quotes to "ON" Enter your hourly rates > Calculate prices > then Save.

Update your deposit amount, days before total amount due, and company policy. Log in to Limo company administration area, Click "My Company Policy". 


To set up online reservation from your website

Place a link on your website for the page that LimoXonline.com created for you when you joined. this page is http://www.limoxonline.com/ followed by your username. You can also log in to your administration area, click on "Buttons and Links", copy the code below the button that you like and paste it on your website.

Fees:

There are NO Set up fees for this feature, you will be charged only if the reservation is confirmed.

Unlike other reservation softare who charge an arm and a leg (plus monthly fees) LimoXonline.com charges a small percentage of the total price only if the reservation is confirmed. That means you only get charged only when you actullay use the system.

The percentage varies if a reservation came from you homepage for example http://www.limoxonline.com/yourusername (very low fee because you brought the customer) or from LimoXonline.com main site.  You will see the fee for each reservation on the reservation page where you have the choice to confirm of decline.
