step by step details to set up the automatic quotes feature

The automatic feature can be turned ON or OFF for each vehicle.

From Administration area, click on "My Vehicles"> edit vehicle and check the Automatic quote feature ON or OFF.
If this feature is on, it will calculate the total price for each lead and send it instantly to the customer.

if ON you will see a different page with 2 tables.

1. Enter seperate rates for weekends and weekdays, for bookings of 1 hour, 2 hours, .... and 5 Hours. For example: a 1 hour booking you might want to charge $200 plus tax and gratuity on weekends, and $150 on weekdays. etc...

2. after entering the hourly rates and choosing gratuity and tax from the dorp menu, click "Calculate Prices". this will fill out the event table below.

3. You can still edit the total prices for each event if you'd like to have a flat rate or discount packages for a specific event.
for example an all inclusing prom package for 6 hours: $599, or 7 hours $699. Make sure you hit the "Save changes" button after you're done

You can edit up to 5 packages above your hourly minimum, all other bookings will be treated as the hourly rate of a 5 hour job.
